Step Into Your Voice.

Step out of your comfort zone. And into your voice.

SPEAKING · PRESENCE · CONFIDENCE

You know what you want to say. You feel it.

The idea, the insight, the response that's right there.

And then the moment comes, and something tightens.

That's not a flaw. That's a pattern.

And patterns can change.

SESSIONS MAY SUPPORT YOU WITH

Everything your voice has been holding back.

Each session is tailored to what you need most in that moment.

Here's some of what we may work on together.

SPEAKING PRESENCE

Strong, grounded presence when presenting, teaching, leading, or simply speaking up.

Vocal tone & clarity

Volume, resonance, and articulation - so your voice carries the weight of what you mean.

On-camera & stage presence

Feel natural and at ease whether you're behind a lens or standing in front of a room.

Unconscious patterns

Noticing the habits and tension that hold you back - gently, clearly, and without judgment.

Body awareness

Natural movement, posture, and physical ease while you speak - no more performing.

Authentic expression

Conversational confidence and the deep trust that your voice - exactly as it is - is enough.

The Method.

I've spent my life studying what it means to fully inhabit a moment - first as an actor trained in the Meisner Technique at the Neighborhood Playhouse in New York, and then as a channeler who learned to trust what comes through her completely.

Those two things - the actor's craft and the channeler's surrender - turned out to be the same lesson dressed differently.

You have to be present. You have to trust yourself.

You have to stop performing and start being.

Over five sessions, I combine intuitive guidance, channeled messages from your guides, and the deep presence work of the Meisner Technique to help you find your most natural, grounded, expressive self - not a polished version of someone else, but a fuller, freer, more confident version of you.

This is not about becoming perfect. It's about becoming more connected, comfortable, expressive, and fully yourself - especially when someone's watching.

METHOD

Meisner Technique + Channeling

APPROACH

Intuitively tailored to you - every session

Is this for you?

This is for you if...

  • You want to feel more confident speaking up in any room

  • You get nervous presenting, teaching, or being on camera

  • You don't feel fully comfortable speaking about yourself or your work

  • You're curious how you actually come across - and ready to hear honest feedback

  • You're open to new approaches, even the ones that feel unfamiliar at first

  • You're ready to grow past your comfort zone, not just peek over the edge

This is probably not for you if...

  • You're looking for surface-level tips and quick fixes

  • You're not willing to practice, film yourself, or do the work between sessions

  • You'd rather not be challenged - playfully, warmly, but genuinely

  • You're resistant to deeper self-inquiry or trying unfamiliar approaches

  • Personal growth sounds good in theory, but you're not ready for it to be uncomfortable yet

There's no judgment in any of that. Timing is everything. But this work asks something of you - and gives back tenfold when you meet it.

WHAT's included?

Five sessions.
Five weeks.

One direction - yours.

Each session is intuitively guided and channeled specifically for you.

No two sessions look the same because no two people - and no two moments in their journey - are the same.

A NOTE ABOUT THE PROCESS

Growth isn't always linear. Neither is this.

I want to be honest about something before we begin.

Sometimes an exercise will feel strange, or the feedback won't immediately make sense. Sometimes it'll feel like you're going sideways before you go forward. That's not a sign that something's wrong - it's usually a sign that something real is happening.

The moments that feel the most awkward, the most vulnerable, the most "wait, why are we doing this?" - those are often the exact moments that open the door to your next level of confidence and expression.

I'm not here to polish your surface. I'm here to help you build something underneath it that actually holds.
